Ubaldo "Daniel" Gonzales (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas—Ubaldo “Daniel” Gonzales, 76, passed away on Friday, October 21, 2016 in Tulia. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2016 from 12:00 to 3:00 PM in the Spanish Church of the Nazarene, 501 W. 17th St., Plainview, Texas with Pastor Guadalupe Moreno officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Ubaldo was born in Dolores, Hidalgo, Guanajuato Mexico on June 16, 1940. Ubaldo was a hard working man who always tried the best he could to provide for his family. He was a very independent and private person. Ubaldo was a farmer and field worker. He loved to ride his bike around town or be at home listening to music. He is preceded in death by his wife: Juanita Ogeda Gonzales, one son: “Juan” Juanito Gonzales, one step daughter: Hilda Ramirez Garcia and one step son: Hilario P. Ramirez, Jr. He is survived by one son: Damon Gonzales of Beeville, TX, two step sons: Pedro Ramirez and wife Rose Mary of Horseshoe Bay, TX and Epimenio Ramirez and wife Beatrice of Odessa, TX, one brother: Sacramento Gonzales of McKinney, TX, 18 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
