Marcia Carrion (Plainview)

Marcia Carrion, 64, of Plainview, passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2009, in Plainview. Funeral Services will be at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, August 26, 2009, at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Father Arsenio Redulla of Sacred Heart Catholic Church officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mrs. Carrion was born on September 22, 1944 in Chicago. She grew up and attended schools in Chicago. She married Jorge Carrion on July 6, 1962. She was a Certified Nurse’s Assistant for many years and worked for nursing homes. She retired in the late 1990’s. She is survived by her husband Jorge Carrion, Sr.; one daughter, Julie Carrion of Chicago; a son, Jorge Carrion, Jr. of Plainview; six grandchildren and severn great-grandchildren.
