Kurt Mabry (Plainview)

Kurt Douglas Mabry, 58, passed away on Friday, May 5, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, May 9, 2017 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Rev. David Azam, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Olton officiating. Interment will follow in Resthaven Memorial Park under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Plainview, Texas. A visitation will be held on Monday evening, May 8, 2017 from 6 to 8 P.M. at the funeral home. Kurt was born on April 13, 1959 in Lubbock. He graduated from Petersburg High School. He enjoyed tinkering and riding motorcycles, hunting and fishing and leather work. He was preceded in death by his father. Kurt is survived by his mother, Jean Scott of Olton and numerous other family members. Memorials may be made to American Cancer Society or Texas Boys Ranch.
