Tulia, Texas-Doug Milner, 40, passed away on Sunday May 7, 2017 in Tulia. Services will be held at the First United Methodist Church in Tulia on May 10, 2017 at 2 PM. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. He is preceded in death by his father, Larry Milner; his grandfather, Harvey Milner; and his grandparents Lou and Ward Fisher. He is survived by his daughter, Addison Nichole Milner; his mother and step-father, Linda and Bobby Shipp; his grandmother, Lucy Milner; his brother Derek Milner; his sister Danielle Williams and husband Lance; his nephew Locke Williams; his nieces, Haley Milner, Emi Milner and Kayla Williams; his aunts and uncles, Boyd and Becky Milner, Jimmy and Debbie Fisher, Vicki and Scott Sheets and Jan and Jim McCaslin; and numerous cousins.
