Julia Birkenfeld (Tulia)

Nazareth, Texas--Julia Birkenfeld, 83, died Monday, September 7, 2009 in Amarillo. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, September 10, 2009 in the Holy Family Catholic Church in Nazareth with Rev. Ken Keller, pastor officiating. Burial will follow in Holy Family Cemetery in Nazareth. Arrangements are under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. A prayer vigil will be held at 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 9, 2009 at the church. Her body will lie in state at the church from 4:30 Wednesday until service time.
