Jason Scott Rodgers, 26, of Plainview, passed away at 8:30 p.m. Saturday, June 10, 2006 in Lubbock, Texas. Funeral services will be at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 14, 2006 in Seth Ward Baptist Church in Plainview with Jim Ritter officiating. Interment will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens by Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Jason was born on April 15, 1980 in Plainview, Texas to John & Deeanna Rodgers. Jason grew up in Plainview and graduated from Plainview High School and received an associates degree from Wayland Baptist University. Survivors include his parents: John & Deeanna Rodgers of Plainview; twin brother: Jonathan Rodgers of Plainview; one sister: Jonnita Rodgers of Plainview; his grandparents: J.D. & Patsy Rodgers of Plainview; his fiancée: Patricia Dement of Plainview; four nieces, one nephew and many family and friends who loved him.
