Ida Pearl Clark (Plainview)

Ida Pearl Clark, 79, of Plainview died Wednesday, December 2, 2009 in Lubbock. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 5, 2009 at SethWard Baptist Church with Rev. Jim Ritter officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mrs. Clark was born June 9, 1930 in Wilson, Texas to Clyde and Dovie Waggoner. She married R.L. Clark on August 14, 1946 in Clovis, New Mexico. She was a member of Seth Ward Baptist church. She is survived by her husband: R.L. Clark of Plainview; two daughters: Gloria Edwards and her husband Butch of Plainview and Beverley Mauldin and her husband Mike of Hereford; one brother: Robert Waggoner and his wife Norma of Clarendon; one sister: Dorothy Wyer and her husband David of Muleshoe; six grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren. A Visitation for family and friends will be held Friday from 6 to 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
