Paul Cruz (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas—Paul Cruz, 40, died Sunday, June 25, 2006. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, June 29, 2006 at 10:00am in the Church of the Holy Spirit with Father Tony Neusch pastor officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors. Rosary services will be held at 7:00pm Wednesday, June 28, 2006 in the Church of the Holy Spirit. Mr. Cruz was born June 19, 1966 in Tulia. He was raised in Tulia and graduated from Tulia High School in 1984. He was employed with Young & Ellis for 16 years. He was a member of the Church of the Holy Spirit and a member of the Knights of Columbus. He married Amanda Olivarez in 1997. Survivors include his wife; Amanda Cruz of Tulia, his parents; Henry and Beatrice Cruz, Sr. of Tulia, one daughter; Danielle Ramirez Cruz of Silverton and one son and daughter-in-law; Billy Paul and Alma Cruz of Amarillo, one granddaughter; Natalie Michelle Cruz of Amarillo, three sisters and three brothers; Diana Ramos of Canyon, Mary Galan of Tulia and Ilda Galan of Tulia, Ishmael Cruz of Tulia, Fernando Cruz of Kress and Henry Cruz, Jr. of Tulia, several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by one brother; Carlos Cruz.
