Teddy Norris Green, 71, of Plainview, passed away Saturday, July 15, 2006 at Prairie House Living Center. Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, July 18, 2006 at Colonial Baptist Church with Rev. Robert Malcom, pastor officiating. Graveside services will follow at 2:30 p.m. at East Mound Cemetery in Matador by Kornerstone Funeral Directors. Mr. Green was born September 25, 1934 in Matador to J. C. and Leona Mae Slover Green, Sr. He married Nelta Edwards on February 20, 1954 in Matador. Teddy grew up and went to schools at Matador and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He learned the trade of being a painter and carpenter from his father and this tradition carries on with, his sons. He was a member of Colonial Baptist Church Survivors include his wife Nelta Green of Plainview: two daughters and spouses; Sherry and Keith Paschal of Tahoka, Sharla and Tom Miller of Tulia; two sons and spouses: Rickey and Jackie Green of Tahoka, David and Elaine Green of Sunray; four brothers J. C. Green, Jr. of Matador, Richard Green of Plano, Don Green of Floydada, Pat Green of Sinton; two sisters Bessie Jean Williams of Matador, Jaunita Pritchett of Flint; nine grandchildren, Nicole, Levi, Bradley, Eric, Stacie, Chad, Kevin, Jody & Kaley. A visitation for family and friends will be Monday from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Plainview. He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and
