Tulia, Texas—Neoma Burrow, 90, died Saturday, February 20, 2010 in Tulia. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Tuesday, February 23, 2010 in the First Baptist Church with Rev. Charles Davenport and Rev. James Hassell officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Neoma was born October 8, 1919 in Pickton, Texas to Oliver Washington and Cynthia Josephine Perrin. She grew up at Pickton, Como and Sulpher Springs. She moved to Tulia to live with her brother Ernest Perrin in 1935. She graduated from Tulia High School in 1937. She married Roy L. Burrow on June 15, 1937 in Sulpher Springs. They returned to Tulia and she worked for Swisher Memorial Hospital as the Kitchen Supervisor for over 16 years. She was a member of First Baptist Church and Tulia Senior Citizens. Mr. Burrow passed away in 1984. Survivors include four children and their spouses: LaDonna and Manuel Kesner of Amarillo, John and Robbin Burrow of Amarillo, Scott and Zane Burrow of Tulia, Roberta and Ron McNeese of Canyon, 10 grandchildren: Andy Kesner of Amarillo, Cindy Seward of Stratford, Holland Roswell of Nashville, Tennessee, Jessica Mitchell of Canyon, Steve McNeese of Ft. Hood, Robin McNeese of Canyon, Chris Burrow of Sachse, Texas, Brent Burrow of Gruver, Blake Burrow of Tulia and Kevin Burrow of Tulia, 7 great grandchildren: Tyler Seward of Stratford, Jacie Seward of Stratford, Remie Seward of Stratford, Craig Kesner of Phoenix, Arizona, Neca Kesner of Amarillo, Amy Kesner of Stinnett and Lily Kate Burrow of Sachse, Texas, several nieces and nephews including a great nephew Mike Been of Tulia. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and four brothers: Ernest Perrin, Eddie Perrin, Burt Perrin and Eugene Perrin.
