Delfina Romero (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas--Delfina Aranda Romero, 77, died Monday, March 15, 2010 in Amarillo. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at the Central Church of Christ with Rev. Delfino Ruiz officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Delfina was born April 1, 1932 in Chihuahua, Mexico. She worked for Swisher Memorial Hospital for several years. Survivors include her husband: Mariano Rodriquez of Tulia, three daughters: Anita Aranda Rodriquez of Tulia, Josie Perez of Ferris and Delia P. Vasquez of Amarillo, one son: Daniel Perez of Uvalde, 25 grandchildren and 47 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by a son and daughter: Alberto Perez, Jr. and Alicia Perez Casanova.
