Wanda Lee Shugart(Plainview)

Wanda Neal Adams Shugart, 72, of Plainview passed away on March 25, 2010 in Plainview. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 30, 2010 at 10:00 A.M. at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Rev. Ron Brunson officiating. Interment will follow in Plainview Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Visitation for family and friends will be Sunday, March 28, 2010 from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mrs. Shugart was born June 11, 1937, in Gore, Oklahoma to Tommy Lee and Netttie Mae McNatt Neal. She married R.D. Adams on November 21, 1951. He preceded her in death on April 13, 1998. She married L.P. Shugart on November 4, 1999. She is survived by her husband: L.P. Shugart of Plainview; three daughters: Jeneva Lee Warren of Kingsland, Teresa Ramirez of Lubbock and Loretta Jean Kirbo of Round Rock; daughter-in-law: Gabriele Adams of Kingsland; step daughter: Carolyn Pinkerton of Plainview; step son: Lloyd Shugart of Plainview; two sisters: Mary Willingham of Tulsa and Linda James of Plano; 28 grandchildren and 52 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son: Kenneth Dale Adams; one daughter: Barbara Kay Adams; two brothers: Carl Neal and David Neal; one sister: Charlene Morrison; two grandchildren: Marla Warren and Julia May Adams.
