Betty Jean Rowell (Plainview)

Betty Jean Rowell, 71, of Plainview passed away on Thursday, June 3, 2010 in Plainview. Memorial services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Saturday, June 5, 2010 in Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Rev. Roger Foote officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mrs. Rowell was born on June 8, 1938 in Anton, Texas to George and Floie Southerland Jackson. She was a member of Northside Baptist Church and worked as a pharmacy technician for Covenant Hospital in Plainview. Survivors include one son: Matt Hurley of Plainview; two grandchildren: Amber Hurley and Michael Hurley of Plainview; one great granddaughter; one niece: Doris Grunky and one nephew: Jackie Patton. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, one sister and a nephew.
