Shawn David McPherson, 31, of Plainview passed away on Sunday, July 4, 2010 in Plainview. Memorial Services will be at 2:00 P.M., Thursday, July 8, 2010 at Trinity Fellowship Church with Rev. Steve Rogers officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Shawn was born on December 23, 1978 in Plainview. He grew up here in Plainview and graduated from Plainview High School in 1997. He worked for his father as a Computer Technician at McPherson’s Computers. He is survived by his father and step-mother, David and Kenda McPherson of Plainview; mother and step-father, Belinda and Richard Kirton of Oviedo, Florida; daughter, Sidney Marie Grauers of Sweden; brother, Jason Curtis McPherson of Weatherford, Texas; step brothers and sisters, Melanie Kirton, Joshua Kirton, Caleb Kirton, Cory Crump, and Kellye SoRelle; paternal grandmother, Nona McPherson of Plainview; maternal grandparents, Kenneth and Marie Braddock of Plainview; fiancée, Jill Johnston of Plainview; three uncles,Danny Braddock of Plainview, Mike & Tawana McPherson of Yuba, California and John & Mary McPherson of Vancouver, Washington; and three nieces and two nephews; Shawn was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Bill McPherson.
