Sara Rejino (Plainview)

Sara Rejino, 77, passed away on Saturday, September 25, 2010. Funeral services will be at 2:00 P.M., Monday, September 27, 2010 at First Assembly of God Church with Rev. Nelson Gonzalez officiating. Burial will follow in Olton Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mrs. Rejino was born on October 15, 1932 in Harlingen, Texas to Julian and Josefa Salinas. She married Epifanio Rejino, Sr. on August 18, 1948 in Sebastian, Texas. He preceded her in death on July 18, 2005. She is survived by one daughter: Irma Almaraz of Plainview; six sons: Raul Rejino of Meridian, MS, Oscar Rejino of Olton, Elias Rejino of Meridian, MS, Samuel Rejino of Lubbock, Danny Rejino of Baton Rouge, LA and Ruben Rejino of Plainview; two sisters: Pomposa Vela of Bryan and Eva Contreras of Meridian, MS; 29 grandchildren and 31 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; two daughters: Olivia and Lydia Rejino and one son Epifanio Rejino, Jr.
