Mason Glenn Emert

Mason Glenn Emert, 7 week old son of Anthony and Sunny Emert, of Petersburg passed away on Wednesday, November 29, 2006 at his residence. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, December 2, 2006 at First United Methodist Church in Petersburg with Rev. Jesse Nave officiating and Rev. Wendell Ferguson assisting. Burial will follow in Floydada Cemetery under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mason was born on October 7, 2006 in Lubbock, Texas Survivors include his parents; one brother, Logan Thomas Emert of Petersburg; Paternal Grandparents, Curtis and Vickie Emert of Floydada; Maternal Grandparents, Bob and Chris Pierson of Petersburg; and Great Grandparents, Cora Mae Emert of Dougherty, TX, Owen Emert of Dougherty,TX , Virgal and Bobbie Pierson of Petersburg; and honorary great grandparents, Bert and Rose Grimes of Petersburg. Also survived by a host Aunts, Uncles, and Cousins. Preceded in death by a brother, Michael Anthony Emert. God is Holding him now.
