Floyd Ira Fore (Tulia)

Floyd Ira Fore, 88, passed away on December 17, 2006 in Tulia. Services will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2006 at the First United Methodist Church in Kress at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. O.K. Neal and Rev. Gene Lauder officiating. Burial will follow in Kress Cemetery under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Mrs. Fore was born September 23, 1918 in Cross Plains, Texas to James Thomas and Lora Upton Taylor. She has lived in Kress since 1951. She married Floyd A. Fore October 31, 1936 in Cross Plains, Texas. Mr. Fore passed away December 14, 2000. Floyd Ira drove a school bus, worked in the school cafeteria and did part time custodian work. She was a member of First United Methodist Church of Kress. Survivors include her daughter Margaret Dunn and her husband Dorman of Tulia; two sons Mike Fore and his wife Charlene of Childress, Pat Fore and his wife Helen of Kress; a sister Jimmie Morris of Ingleside, Texas; seven grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren, 13 great great grandchildren.
