Brian Ashton Tomblin, 18, of Tulia, passed away Saturday March 3, 2007 at Swisher Memorial Hospital in Tulia. Graveside Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 6, 2007 in Rose Hill Cemetery with Pastor Robert Anderson officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Brian was born on March 10, 1988 in Tulia where he has lived his whole life. He worked at Sears in Amarillo. He previously worked and managed the Kirby Vacuum Store. He also owned his own business, Tulia Vacuum Services. He was an avid collector of different vacuums and was self taught repairman. He loved Gospel music and loved to sing. He also loved hunting and fishing and visiting museums. He was an active member of the United Pentecostal Church in Tulia. He is survived by his mother, Cindy Tomblin of Tulia; his nana, Ann Tomblin of Tulia; His loving Church Family; one aunt, four uncles, and many cousins. Visitation will be held on Monday evening from 6 to 8 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Tulia. The family suggests memorials to the Senior Citizens of Tulia or the Tulia Volunteer Fire Department.
