Anita Navarro (Plainview)

Anita Navarro, 66, of Plainview passed away on June 28, 2021. There are no services planned at this time. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Plainview. Anita, a devout Jehovah’s witness, was born on April 1, 1955 in Robstown, TX to Liborio Ybarra, Sr. and Sabina Ybarra. She married Armando Navarro, Sr. on January 11, 1985 in Plainview. Anita was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, daughter, and sister. Her greatest joys in life were watching her grandchildren and great grandchildren play and laugh. “Nana” as she was called by several of her grandchildren will be forever loved and missed. She is survived by her husband, Armando Navarro, Sr. of Plainview, TX; her father Liborio Ybarra, Sr. of Floydada, TX; her son Armando Navarro, Jr. of Arlington, TX; three daughters, Amanda Ann DeLeon of Plainview, TX, Victoria Navarro of Victoria, TX, Irma Linda Navarro of Plano, TX; two brothers, Liborio Ybarra, Jr. of Floydada, TX, Luis Ybarra of Altus, OK; two sisters, Isabel Ybarra of Floydada, TX, Maria Ybarra of Floydada, TX; thirteen grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her mother and her brother Mando Ybarra.
