Antoine Martel Brown (Tulia)

Antoine Martel Brown, 41, of Tulia, Texas, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024. A service celebrating Antoine's life will be held at 11:00 AM on December 14, 2024, at the New Fellowship Baptist Church, with Elder J.J. Thomas officiating. Services are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. 

 He was born on November 13, 1983, in Pampa, Texas, and lived a life full of passion and creativity that touched those around him. Antoine graduated from Tulia High School in 2003, where he gained recognition as an exceptional basketball player. His talents extended beyond the court; he was also a gifted artist and writer, expressing himself through various forms of creativity. Music was a significant part of his life, reflecting the depth of his spirit and the vibrancy of his personality. A devoted son, Antoine cherished his mother, Connie, who served not only as his caretaker but also as his best friend. The bond they shared was a testament to his loving nature and the importance he placed on family.

 Antoine will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him.

He is preceded in death by his grandmother, Edna Brown and one aunt, Debbie Smith. 

He is survived by his daughter, Kiarah Vaughn; his mother, Connie Matthews and husband Virgil, his siblings, Sonia Thomas and husband J.J and Brandon Brown and wife Monica; his grandfather, Ernest Brown and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, cousins and friends.
