Beronica Dominguez (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas—Beronica Dominguez, 57, passed away on Saturday, November 16, 2019. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, November 20, 2019 in the Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit with Pastor David Contreras officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia.

A rosary will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2019 at 5:30 to 7:00 pm in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel.

Beronica was born on January 28, 1962 in Brackettville, Texas to Aurelio and Maria Aguayo. She attended Tulia High School. She worked for the nursing homes in Perryton and Tulia. She married Concepcion “Chon” Dominguez Sr.  on January 25, 1982 in Perryton, Texas. Beronica was a fan of the Green Bay Packers and collected Barbie Dolls. She enjoyed hearing music and dancing. She was a member of the Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit. Beronica loved all her family including her sons and her husband, (the love of her life) and her friends.  

She is preceded in death by her parents; Aurelio and Maria Aguayo.

She is survived by her husband; Concepcion “Chon”  Dominguez Sr. of Tulia, two sons; Concepcion “Chonito” Dominguez Jr. and wife Vanessa of Tulia and Joshua Lee Rene Dominguez of Tulia, one brother; Rene Aguayo of Amarillo, three sisters; Idalia Cerda of Perryton, Odalia Perez of Tulia and Marina Montez of Friona, six grandchildren; Destiney Dominguez, Kataléya Dominguez, Zariah Dominguez, Gabriel Dominguez, Jedidiah Dominguez and Noah Dominguez.
