Beto Barron (Tulia)

Beto Barron, of Tulia, Texas, passed away on Friday, January 24, 2025, at the age of 25. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM, January 30, 2025 in the Catholic Church of the Holy Spirit with Father Hector Madrigal officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia.

A rosary will be held at 5:30 to 8:00 PM Wednesday, January 29, 2025 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel.

Beto was born on August 7, 1999, in Plainview, Texas. Beto was a beloved son, uncle, and friend.

Beto attended Tulia High School and demonstrated a strong work ethic throughout his life. Despite the challenges he faced due to declining health, Beto maintained an unwavering spirit and was a relentless fighter, bravely battling cancer for many years.

He found immense joy in gaming with his friends and family, supporting his family, particularly in watching his nephew and niece participate in sports. The love he had for his family was only matched by his affection for his cherished fur babies.

 In his leisure time, Beto enjoyed listening to music and immersing himself in books. His heart was drawn to the simple pleasures of life, with barbecues with family being among his most treasured moments.

He is preceded in death by his great grandparents, Antonia and Pablo Rocha; his great aunts, Candelaria Herrera and Andrea Salazar; his cousin, Jose Luis Salazar.

 Beto is survived by his devoted mother, Cathy Aguilar, who will forever hold him close in her heart; his siblings, Sara Aguilar and Antonio Cedillo, Juan Barron, Carolina Barron, Jasmine Aguilar and Justin Aguilar; his grandparents, Pedro and Ester Hernandez ; his niece and nephew, Miranda and Lorenzo Cedillo; his great uncle and aunt, Andrew Rocha and Margie Rocha; his uncles and aunts, David and Tasha Aguilar and, Lori Aguilar, Johnny Aguilar, Teresa Aguilar, Amy Gonzales and Guadalupe Hernandez his sibling spouses; Adan Lopez, Mason, and Tiffany and many, many cousins.
