Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, August 13, 2021 at Calvary Baptist Church in Plainview, Texas with Bro. Jeremy Gilbert and Bro. Mike Gilbert officiating. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Bobbye was born June 1, 1947 in Plainview, Texas to Lee and Ruth (Morgan) Shugart. Bobbye was known as “Nana” to almost anyone that met her. She loved her family with her whole heart and always made sure they knew! Nana loved taking pictures, there was not a special moment that she missed out on. She was the sunshine that lit up every room she was in. Her smile and laugh could brighten your whole day. Nana was known for her love of everything Christmas. She always had that extra touch that just made everything special. Bobbye was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Plainview for over 60 years. She was a faithful prayer warrior and loved her church family dearly. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, parents, and many aunts and uncles. Bobbye is survived by her husband Jerald Greenhaw; three children, Donnie Looney and wife Missy, Rhonda Hareford and husband Jimmy, Sandy Knox and husband Karl all of Plainview; two brothers, Billy Shugart and wife Sandra of Plainview, Robert Shugart and wife Tammy of Palestine; five grandchildren, Amanda Boger and husband Zach of Plainview, Shanon Hareford of Plainview, Caleb Knox of Clovis, NM, Camrie Looney of Plainview, Sydney Knox of Plainview; three great grandchildren, Haylee Hareford, Zoe Boger and Everly Rojas. The family suggests memorials to the Calvary Baptist Church, 1613 W. 24th St., Plainview, Texas 79072.
