Bonita Joyce Taylor (Plainview)

Bonita Joyce Taylor passed peacefully on February 12, 2018 in her home in Plainview, Texas. Bonita was born on August 23, 1935 in Snyder, Texas, and she is survived by her husband, Jess W. Taylor, two sisters and a brother, her children, Jessie Richard and Barbara Taylor, Stephen Leslie and Reta Taylor, Luther Scott Taylor, and Lynne Kaiser, and seven grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and two great great-grandchildren.   Bon had lived in Plainview permanently since 1988, and was active in various charity organizations including Meals on Wheels, and local canine rescue shelters.   Her memorial service will be held at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel in Plainview, Texas on March 24, 2018 at 1:00. In lieu of flowers or arrangements, Bon had asked donations be directed to Meals on Wheels or local canine rescue organizations.
