Brucella Kay Aldridge (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas-Brucella Kay Aldridge, 50, passed away on Monday, January 27, 2020. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, January 30, 2020 in the First Baptist Church with Rev. John Gillespie and Rev. Charles Davenport officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia.

A visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 pm Wednesday, January 29, 2020 at the funeral home.

Brucella was born on September 2, 1969 in Tulia. She grew up in Tulia and graduated from Tulia High School in 1988. She served in the US Army from Sept. 10, 1990 to May 24, 1994, serving in Desert Storm. She joined the US Army Reserves from October 1996 to June 2002. She received her Masters of RN from Texas Tech University and her Nurse Practitioner Degree from the University of Phoenix. She worked at the University of New Mexico Hospital for over 14 years. She loved camping and fishing.

She is preceded in death by her sister: Wendy Aldridge.

She is survived by her parents: Ernesteene and Richard Aldridge of Tulia, two brothers: Timothy Lee Aldridge and wife Jamie of Rowlett and Terry Aldridge of Amarillo, her nieces and nephews: Richard Bruce Aldridge, Stephen Cole Aldridge, Savannah Aldridge, Katlyn Allen, Phoenix Aldridge, Ashlynn Aldridge and Nikki Rowan and good friends: Andrea and Isaac Brown.
