Christina Flanagan (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas—Christina Flanagan, 73, passed away on Sunday, November 18, 2018. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm Saturday, December 1, 2018 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel in Plainview. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 pm Monday, December 3, 2018 in the Brown Cemetery in Goldwaithe, Texas.

Christina was born on October 9, 1945 in Toledo, Ohio to Charles and Gertrude Hostetter. She graduated from Ohio State University, South Carolina State University, University of Texas at San Antonio, Texas Tech University and University of Texas. She was a nurse practitioner and worked with area nurses to further their knowledge of nursing. She worked for West Texas Family Medicine in Plainview.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her son: David Hostetter.

She is survived by her husband Charley Flanagan of Tulia, his daughter: Charlotte Renee Schmidt and two brothers: Jeff Hostetter and Chuck Hostetter.
