Daniel "Big D" Aguirre (Plainview)

Daniel “Big D” Aguirre, 44, of Plainview passed away on Friday, March 22, 2020. A graveside service will be held 11:30 A.M. Tuesday, April 7, 2020 at Plainview Memorial Park under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Daniel was born on August 29, 1975 in Lockney, Texas to Geneva and Joe Aguirre. He was a 1994 graduate of Plainview High School and 2016 graduate of Wayland Baptist University with a degree in Bachelor of Applied Science. Daniel was a man with a heart of gold. He loved his friends and family unconditionally. His greatest joy came from the birth of his nephew Adrian Joe, niece Billie Jo and his princess Evah Annaliese whom stole her “Dada’s” heart. We will miss Daniel’s kind, gentle soul, but rejoice knowing he is healed. “Just think of him as resting from the sorrows and the tears in a place of warmth and comfort where there are no days and years.” He is survived by his mother Geneva Aguirre, his sister Elda Aguirre, brother-in-law Billy Gonzales, nephew Adrian Gonzales, niece Billie Jo Gonzales and his princess Evah Annaliese. He is preceded in death by his father Joe Aguirre.
