Livestream link Please click link for livestream of funeral service. Eliseo Saldaña, a devoted minister, beloved father, and cherished grandfather passed away on March 6, 2024. Eliseo was born on November 16, 1929, to Pablo and Dolores Saldaña in Edinburg, TX. Eliseo dedicated his life to serving his community as a minister. His kind and compassionate spirit touched the lives of many, leaving a lasting impact on those he encountered. Eliseo was a proud Army Veteran, his unwavering patriotism and love for his country was an evident part of his life. He was the sole founder of Church of the Valley Ministries Incorporated. Eliseo Saldaña will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched. In honor of his life and legacy, a celebration of life service will take place on Sunday, March 10, 2024, at 4:00 P.M. at Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Plainview. A funeral service will take place on Monday, March 11, 2024, at 10:00 A.M. with burial to follow at Parklawn Memorial Gardens. He is preceded in death by wife; Alejandra M. Saldaña, two sons; Eliazar (Charlie) Saldaña and wife Yolanda, and Guillermo (Willie) Saldaña, one sister; Raquel Sanchez, brothers; Rafeal Saldaña, David Saldaña, Elias Saldaña, Israel Saldaña, and Samuel Saldaña, and five grandchildren. He is survived by his son; Ronnie Reñe Saldaña and wife Alice Saldaña of Idalou, Texas, daughter; Diana Saldaña Rodriquez and husband Albert Rodriquez of Lubbock, Texas, daughter; Sylvia Saldaña Jiminez and husband Royce Jiminez of Lubbock, Texas, son; Jose Saldaña of Hale Center, Texas, and daughter Mary Ann Saldaña of Lubbock, Texas, sixteen grandchildren, thirty seven great-grandchildren and 5 great great-great grandchildren.
