Erasmo Espinoza, 56, died Monday, December 21, 2020. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, December 29, 2020 in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Associate Pastor Albert & Ester Aguirre and Pastor Joe Silva officiating. Burial will follow in Kress Cemetery in Kress. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.
Erasmo was born on December 30, 1963 in Muleshoe, Texas to Maria and Jesus Espinoza. He grew up in Bovina and attended schools there. He was an all-star baseball player in Little League. He worked for the meat packing plant in Friona for several years. He moved to Oklahoma and worked for the AT&L Railroad in Watonga. His favorite pastime was cooking out and fishing. He loved his dog Ruby. He loved being outside in the countryside and loved trees and greenery. He loved spending time with his children and his grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his parents: Maria and Jesus Espinoza and two sisters: Virginia Avitia and Ninfa Leal.

(Andre the Giant) Espinoza and wife Luisa (Weezy) and granddaughter: Ailis (Rose Bud) of Phoenix, Arizona, his daughter: Darcylee D. Garibay (Peppers) and husband Angel (Garibay) and grandson: Josiah (Jake the Snake) and granddaughter Arkaeyah (Little Volume) of Cordell, Oklahoma, his step-mom: Margarita Silva of Lubbock, step-sons: Timothy Jones (T-bone)of Watonga and Riley Jones of Las Vegas, a niece: Scarlet Jones (Runt) and his brothers and sisters: Jose Luis Espinoza of Bovina, Hugo Espinoza of Uvalde, Beatrice mesa of Uvalde, Mario Espinoza of Happy, Jesus Espinoza, Jr. of Bovina, Guadalupe Espinoza of Dumas, Carlos Espinoza of Dallas, Carolina Dulin of Port Clinton, Ohio, Valentine Espinoza of Evans, Colorado, Paul Espinoza of Geary, Oklahoma, David Espinoza of Downey, California, Rachel Shackelford of San Antonio and Samuel Espinoza of San Angelo.
