Erika Rena Fullingim (Plainview)

Erika Rena Fullingim 38, passed away Friday, March 8, 2024. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at First Baptist Church in Petersburg, Texas. Visitation will be held from 12 noon until service time on Tuesday, March 12, 2024 at First Baptist Church in Petersburg, Texas. Erika was born December 29, 1985 in Lubbock, Texas to Jimmy Coke & Melisa Fullingim. She graduated from Petersburg High School and South Plains College. Erika was active in many different sports and clubs throughout high school. She enjoyed researching family history, loved to hunt, fish, play golf and watch Texas Tech Basketball. In a selfish act of love, Erika chose to be an organ donor and help give life to those in need. Even in her passing she will continue to give life and share her love with everyone through her precious gift. She is survived by her parents, Coke & Melisa Fullingim of Petersburg; one brother, Trey Coke Fullingim & wife Nichelle of Lubbock; one sister, Caci Jo Fullingim of Lubbock; her partner, Scott Read of Roaring Springs; his two children, Crystal Drake & husband Logan of Camp Verde, Arizona and Jade Yarbrough & husband Polk of Stratford, Oklahoma and his four grandchildren, Ryleigh, Reagan, Reese and Rawley The family suggests memorials to the Petersburg FFA.
