Tulia, Texas—Felipe De Jesus Perez , 58, passed away on Saturday, October 5, 2019. A viewing will be held on Thursday, October 10, 2019 from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel. Cremation services are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. Felipe was born on January 12, 1961 in Dimmitt, Texas to Jose and Juanita Perez. He attended schools in Dimmitt and worked at the Dimmitt Sonic for several years and worked his way up to assistant manager. Felipe loved to listen to the rock band “KISS” and watch WWE and horror movies. He collected coins, baseball cards and comic books. He loved his dog “Bolt” who never left his side. He is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers; Frank Perez, Raymond Perez and one sister; Juana Perez. He is survived by one daughter; Brissa Perez of Amarillo, one son; Felipe De Jesus “PJ” Perez of Amarillo, two brothers; Jesse Perez of Sweetwater and Juan Perez of San Angelo, two sisters; Lupe Rodriguez of Dimmitt and Virginia Bordayo of Hereford.
