Glenn Foster (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas--Funeral services for Mr. Glenn Foster, 70, formerly of Malakoff, Texas, will be held Friday, August 3rd, at 11:00 a.m., in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel in Tulia with Rev. Eddy Helms, pastor of Calvary Baptist Church in Tulia officiating.  Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. The family will receive friends prior to the service at 10:30 a.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Foster passed from this life July 28, 2018, in DeSoto, Texas.  He was born in Tulia, Texas on April 3rd, 1948 to the late Carl and Laberta Foster. Glenn proudly served his country by serving in the Texas National Guard.  He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church in Tulia. Glenn farmed for several years.  Later Glenn was an independent trucker, owner/operator, driving his own trucks.  He retired as a truck driver in 2014. Survivors include his daughters: Kim Smith and husband Dan of Grand Rapids, Michigan and Nichole Koppendrayer and husband Mark of Grand Rapids, Michigan; his five grandchildren, Andrew Smith, Ben Smith, Samantha Foster, Mia Koppendrayer and Nora Koppendrayer, his sister: Alta Porter of Athens; Texas, his brothers: John “Johnny” Foster of Henderson, Texas and Keith Foster of Tulia, Texas.
