Dimmitt, Texas—Glenna Fry, 84, passed away on Thursday, February 28, 2019. A memorial service will be held at 10:30 am Monday, March 4, 2019 in the First Christian Church in Dimmitt with Mr. Jack Weems officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia.

Glenna was born on September 3, 1934 to J.F. and Vivian Rinehart in Durant, Oklahoma. She attended schools in the Blue Community and then moving to Bokchita, Oklahoma. She attended schools there and graduated from Bokchita High School in 1952. She married Paul Fry on December 12, 1952 in Bokchita. They lived at Smith Lee, OK until Paul entered the Army. After the service they lived at Hooker, OK until they moved to Dimmitt in 1961. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Christian Church. They moved to Canyon in 2014.

She is preceded in death by her parents, one son: Randy Fry and one daughter: Tanya Schulte.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years Paul Fry of Canyon, her son: Chris Fry of Canyon, her son-in-Law: Bruce Schulte of Nazareth, her sisters: Joy Grand of Dimmitt and Patty Thompson of California, three grandchildren: Orin Schulte and wife Sarah of Virginia Beach, Virginia, Darcy Baker and husband Justin of Wellington and Ethan Schulte of Nazareth and three great grandchildren: Rylan Schulte, Caleb Schulte and Eli Schulte of Virginia Beach, Virginia.
