Hortencia “Tencha” Licerio, 70, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018. Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 9, 2018 at Our Lady Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Bill Anton officiating. A rosary will be held 6:00 P.M. Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel. Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview Hortenica was born on October 8, 1947 San Juan, Mexico to Alfonso Rodriguez and Simona Vargas. She is survived by her husband, Manuel Licerio, Sr.; two daughters, Norma Botello, Inez Sarabia; two sons, Gerardo Licerio and Manuel Licerio, all of Plainview; three brothers, Rafael Rodriguez, Antonio Rodriguez, Alfonso Rodriguez; five sisters, Elida Cruz, Amparo Rodgiguez, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Mary, Zamarripa, Paty Rodriguez; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
