Janet Hildreth (Plainview)

Jonny Janet Hildreth, 81, of Imperial Beach, California formerly of Petersburg, Texas passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 12^th. Janet was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Janet was born September 8, 1939 to Floyd and Leotis McDaniel of Petersburg Texas. Janet was a long-time resident of Petersburg. She attended Petersburg Elementary School, later graduated from Petersburg High School and furthered her education by attending Canyon College. Janet was married to Charles Hildreth on December 22, 1959 and raised 3 children.

Janet was preceded in death by her parents Floyd and Leotis McDaniel, her sister Bobbie Nelson, and her husband Charles.

Janet will be deeply missed by her sister Beverly Schulte (Nazareth, Tx), her daughter Katrena Hildreth (Imperial Beach, Ca), her two sons Keith Hildreth (Lakeside, Ca) and Johnny Hildreth (Palm Springs, Ca), 6 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.

She will be laid to rest next to her husband at a graveside service on May 27, 2021 in Petersburg, Texas at 1:00 P.M. A visitation service will be held at 5-7:00 P.M. Wednesday May 26^th at Kornerstone. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.
