Jaz'lyn Nicole Carbajal (Tulia)

Tulia, Texas—Jaz'lyn Nicole Carbajal, 4, died on Saturday, June 20, 2020. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 AM Friday, June 26, 2020 in the Tulia Christian Fellowship Church with Pastor Rusty Gray, officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia.

Jaz'lyn was born on August 26, 2015 to John Jesus “Shorty” Carbajal and Amanda Salazar. She is survived by her dad and stepmom: Shorty Carbajal and Rozie Ortiz, her mom: Amanda Salazar, her sister: Adalynn Carbajal, her grandparents: Sandra Ortiz, Andres Gamez and Jose Salazar. Several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
