Tulia, Texas—Joe Fernandez, Jr., 35, passed away on March 5, 2019. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 2:00 pm in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Mr. Harold Drake officiating. Joe was preceded in death by his parents: Joe Fernandez, Sr. and San Juana “Jane” Basaldua He is survived by three sisters: Juliet Fernandez of Lubbock, JoAnn Fernandez of Lubbock and Janet Reyes and husband Reynaldo Moreno of Tulia, seven nephews and nieces: Joe Alex Fernandez ofLubbock, Janeiro Linscomb of Fort Wayne, Indiana, Samantha Olague of Lubbock, Joe Guerra, III of Tulia, Heather Flores of Tulia, TJ Olague of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Jacob Reyes of Tarlton and 12 great nephews and nieces: ALezah Flores, Cay’d Flores, Cooper Flores, Kaylub Guerra, Kaylynn Guerra, Kaymilla Guerra, Nova Lee Guerra, Nickolas Fernandez, Sophie Fernandez, Nora Linscomb, Desiree Olague and Julian Olague.
