Tulia, Texas-Kenneth Wayne Milner, 74, died peacefully at home surrounded by his family and friends. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Rose Hill Cemetery with Sister Mary Michael Huseman officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Tulia. A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 from 12:00pm to 12:45 pm at the funeral home. Kenneth was born on May 5, 1943 in Plainview, Texas. His parents were Kenneth and Moditha Milner. As a young man Wayne loved horses and rodeos. He also loved spending time and having fun with his friends and family. He especially enjoyed those many years that he spent being a friend and helper to the lovely ladies at Sancta Maria Convent.His mischievous personality and his colorful stories will be dearly missed. He is preceded in death by his parents and his wife Shirley Milner. He is survived by his two daughters: Tina Stocking and husband Gary of Woodward, Oklahoma and Melynn Cross and husband Kenneth of Amarillo, one son: Kenneth Glenn Milner of Amarillo; one brother: Jerry Milner and wife Jacqueline of Jasper, Missouri, three grandchildren: Trevor and Chelsea Cruse of Woodward, Talon Cruse of Woodward and Trinton Powell of Amarillo.
