Kimberly Marie Reyes (Plainview)

Kimberly Marie Reyes, 33, of Plainview passed away on Friday, October 21, 2022. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at Harvest Christian Fellowship with Rev. Erik Flores officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at the funeral home. 

Kimberly was born on September 13, 1989 in Plainview, TX to Epifanio Reyes Jr. and Dalia Rodriguez. Kimberly graduated from Plainview High School in 2008. She earned her certification as a make-up professional from QC make-up Academy in 2017. Kimberly, alongside her mom, served as a volunteer 3-4 times a week at the Crisis Center of the Plains.

Kimberly, better known to others as Kim, was well known and greatly loved. She was sweet but had the sass to match, especially when it came to her Dallas Cowboys. She might tell you to shut up, just ask Khaz! Kim loved her family, make-up, and praying for others. She was small in stature but huge in faith. Kim impacted everyone she encountered.

Kimberly is preceded in death by her great grandparents; Mr. and Mrs. Bernadino Reyes Sr., her grandmothers; Sovieda Reyes "Momo" and Margret Cerna "Ama", two aunts; Janie Lujan and Sally Rodriguez, and four cousins; Albert Mario Luna, Robert Luna, Ray Cisneros and Rey Reyes.

Kim is survived by her parents; Epifanio Reyes Jr., Dalia Rodriguez and Gonzalo Porras, sisters; Brandy and husband Khaz Heads, and Jade Reyes, brothers; Gonzalo Porras III, Isaac Porras, AJ Porras, Marco Porras, Tyler Botello, and Mathew Reyes, two nieces; Breanna Reyes and Akira Heads, 2 nephews; Braiden Reyes and Kaiden Heads, many uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends, and her fur babies Peanut and Prince.
