Lee Estrada (Plainview)

Lee Estrada, 77, passed away on Thursday, January 11, 2018. Funeral Mass will be held at10:00 A.M. Monday, January 15, 2018 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. A rosary will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Sunday, January 14, 2018 at Kornerstone Chapel Lee was born on February 3, 1940 in Anson, Texas to Manuel Estrada and Refugia Herrera. He married Karan Cox on August 24, 1984 in Floydada, Texas. He has lived in Plainview since 1979 where he worked at Hale County State Bank as a supervisor of maintenance at the Plainview, Hart and Tulia locations for over 15 years. He was a member of Pan American Golf Association, Elks Lodge, Knight’s of Columbia, and a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church. He is preceded in death by his parents and 2 brothers, Fred Dael Luna and Nasario Guzman He is survived by his wife, Karan Estrada of Plainview; two sons, Jesse Estrada of Rockwall, TX and Ricky Estrada of Saginaw, TX; two brothers, Danny Guzman and wife Selia of Greenville, TX and Tony Luna and wife Valerie of Tulia, TX; one sister, Susie Gonzalez and husband Tomas of Tulia, TX; six grandchildren; one great grandchild; a host of nieces and nephews and a special nurse, “Lilly Bell” LeeAndra Roper.
