Linda Jean Barton (Plainview)

Linda Jean Barton, 70, passed away on October 26, 2018. Graveside services will be held at 10 A.M. on Thursday, November 1, 2018 at Parklawn Memorial Gardens with Richard Senter officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Plainview, Texas. A visitation will be held Tuesday, October 30, 2018 from 6-8 P.M. at Kornerstone Chapel. Mrs. Barton was born on August 26, 1948 in Plainview, Texas to Irvin & Jean (Davidson) Lee. Linda attended Plainview schools and graduated from Plainview High School in 1967. She married Lynn Barton on June 18, 1966 in Plainview, Texas. She worked for Martin Tune Vegetables for over 24 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin & Jean Lee. She is survived by her husband Lynn Barton; one son, Paul Barton & wife D’Ann; one daughter, Christy Senter & husband Richard; two sisters, Anna Laura Denison & husband Dennis and Patti Neel & husband Danny; dear family friend, Martin Tune; seven grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.Memorials may be made to Hi Plains Children's Home, 11461 S.
