Lois Glenna Colvin (Plainview)

Lois Glenna Colvin, 95, passed away on July 16, 2021.  A graveside service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at Lockney Cemetery with Auggie Aguilera, pastor of the First United Methodist Church officiating.  Interment is under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.

A visitation will be held 6:00-8:00 P.M. Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at the funeral home.

Lois was born on May 13, 1926 in Comanche, Oklahoma to James Beulah and O’rena (Dunn) Morgan. She graduated from Comanche High School and Watkins Business College. She worked as an office manager at Lockney Co-op Gin until her retirement in 1993. She married her second husband, Lon Colvin in Plainview on October 28, 1967.

Lois was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Lawrence Quisenberry; her brother, Glenn Morgan and her sister, Mirl Jean Lewis.

Survivors include her nieces and nephews, Sherry Morgan McMasters of Lubbock, Jerry Morgan of Plainview, Pat Hammit of Canyon, Becky Morgan Wiggs of Plainview, Donna Jan Lewis of Norman, OK and nine great nieces and nephews.
