Tulia, Texas—Lyndsey Cardona, 38, died peacefully with her family by her side on Wednesday, January 6, 2021 in Amarillo. A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am Saturday, January 9, 2021 in the Central Church of Christ in Tulia with Mr. Tim Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia.

Lyndsey was born on May 21, 1982 in Tulia to Eddy and Carolyn Cardona. She grew up in Tulia and graduated from Tulia High School in 2000. She was working for Panhandle Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists in Amarillo at the time of her death. Lyndsey was a very compassionate person. She had the biggest and kindest heart, to her everyone was family. She was always willing to help anyone with anything.

She is preceded in death by her dad: Eddy Cardona and her stepdad: Jim Kiker and her grandparents: Georgia and Jesse Lee.

She is survived by her fiancé: Matthew Ballard of Amarillo, her mother: Carolyn Kiker of Tulia, her sister: Jennifer Calloway and husband Chaz of Amarillo, her daughters: Leah Jackson of Amarillo, Courttney Ynojosa of Amarillo, Juliet Ballard of Amarillo, her nephew and nieces: Jay Reece Moore, Madison Moore, Zadie Calloway and Renadi Calloway, all of Amarillo and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
