Mike Tyler (Plainview)

Mike Tyler, 61, passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018 in Lubbock, Texas. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 P.M. Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at Kornerstone Chapel with Steve Martinez, Pastor of Trinity Life Church officiating. Burial will follow at Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mike was born on August 28, 1956 to W.M. Tyler and Wanda Jean (Anderson) Tyler in Plainview, Texas. He graduated from Plainview High School in 1974 and graduated from South Plains College in 1976. He was self employed as a general contractor. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and spending time with friends and family. Mike is survived by his son, Hunter Tyler of Plainview and his parents, W.M. and Wanda Tyler, also of Plainview.
