Tulia, Texas—Milton L. Moshier, 76, of Happy, Texas formally of Owego, N.Y.  Milton went to that Grand Rodeo in Heaven on December 2, 2017. He was born in Owego, N.Y. on April 19, 1941. Milton is predeceased by his parents: Clarabelle Smith and Charles Moshier, three brothers: David, Richard and James Mosher. He is survived by his children and their spouses: Bruce (Giselle) Moshier of Tennessee; Brian Moshier of New Mexico; Holly Idrissi Zarrouri (Elmer Shugars, Sr.) of New, York; Mark Moshier of North Carolina; Michael Moshier of TX; Dakota Moshier of Arizona. his uncle: Frank Mosher of Barton, NY, his siblings: Mary Guzzey of New York; Patty (Greg) Nichols of New York; Victor Mosher of Texas; Chuck (Sandy) Moshier of New York; Clifford (Dorothy) Mosher of New York; Russell (Kay) Moshier of Arizona, Gary (Rose) Mosher of Arizona; Lawrence (Linda) Mosher of New York and grandchildren, great grandchildren, great-great granddaughter, nieces, nephews and other family members.
