Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Saturday, January 20, 2024, in the Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel with Pastor Tito Salazar officiation. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Tulia. A prayer service will be held from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, Friday, January 19, 2024, in the Kornerstone Chapel. Moses was born on January 29, 1985, in Tulia to Felipe Sr. and Ernestina Hernandez. Moses was known for always having a good time and was the life of the party. He was a kind person who would give his shirt off his back to anyone in need. He loved to have family get togethers when it came to having a BBQ. He was an avid fan of the Indianapolis Colts. He will be remembered by his spontaneous laughter; his dance moves especially breakdancing and his big smile would make his ears rise up. He will be missed for the amazing person he was. He is preceded in death by his brother Joseph Herandez who departed for his heavenly home at his side. He is survived by his children, Julian Marcos San Miguel, Matias Hernandez and Mirical Salazar, his parents, Felipe Sr. and wife Ernestina Hernandez., his brother and sisters, Amy Salazar and husband Tito, Felipe Hernandez, Jr. and wife Corina and Sandy Hernandez and husband Jerry Garcia. Joseph was born on April 11, 1986 in Tulia to Felipe Sr. and Ernestina Hernandez. He graduated from Tulia High School in 2004. After graduating high school, he went to work for the Cotton Warehouse in Tulia for a couple of years. He later went to work at Walmart Distribution for five years. Joseph loved to spend time with his family that included working on cars, and he would body slam his wife and kids just for fun. He was an avid fan of the Green Bay Packers and loved going to the lake to go camping and would like to BBQ in the winter. Joseph did everything for his family and will be greatly missed. He is preceded in death by his son, Aaron Felipe Hernandez and his brother Moses Hernandez who departed for his heavenly home at his side. He is survived by his wife, Josie Priego, his children, Diamond Villalobos, Arianna Hernandez, Josephine Arena Hernandez, Alicia Zoey Hernandez and Jaydin Axle Hernandez, his parents, Felipe Sr. and wife Ernestina Hernandez., his brother and sisters, Amy Salazar and husband Tito, Felipe Herandez, Jr. and wife Corina and Sandy Hernandez and husband Jerry Garcia, his granddaughter, Jaycelyn Villalobos.
