Socorro Centeno (Plainview)

Socorro Centento, 87, of Hart Texas passed away on Sunday, December 15, 2024. Funeral mass will be held at 1:00 P.M. on December 18, 2024, at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Church in Hart, Texas. Interment will follow at Hart Cemetery in Hart, Texas. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.

A rosary will be held at 6:00 P.M. on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, at Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Plainview, Texas. 

Socorro Centeno lived a comfortable and happy life with her husband, Antonio Centeno, in Hart where she lived for the past 58 years. She is survived by her husband, Antonio Centeno, three daughters, Janie Salazar and her husband and daughter live in Hart, Elvira Martinez lives with her family in Highland Village, and Julie Sanchez lives with her family in Midland.

Socorro had eight grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by three daughters whom she has now been reunited with after 40 years.
