Vickie Diane Freeman(Plainview)

Vickie Diane Burton Freeman was a foodie with a beloved collection of cookbooks used for planning and preparing special meals for family and friends. Her recipe for life: Combine one cherished husband (Kendall) of 54 years, two adored children (Jill and Monte), one grandson (Dylan) she doted on, a deceased brother (Dennis), and little sister (Debbie). Mix together 50+ years of hair styling, art classes, and creating beautiful works of art. Blend a passion for planting flowers each spring, sunning in Belize, movies with Jill, keeping up with politics, shopping for shoes, chatting and laughing with longtime friends. Toss in listening to Prairie Home Companion with Kendall, keeping up with Facebook friends and emails. Pair with being nonjudgmental, accepting of all and the result is everyone touched by her life is a better person for knowing her. Vickie, daughter of Eunice & Eual Burton, passed away Jan 24, 2018 and be will be buried in Kress, TX at 3 P.M.  A celebration of her life will be held at 12:30 p.m., Jan 29, 2018 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Plainview, TX. She will be buried in Kress, TX at 3 P.M. after her celebration of life service.
